This is a service where we open the box for you, scan
the key code, and email it to you via JPEG format.
We fill orders for key-codes within 1 business day Monday through
Friday.
Orders submitted after hours or on the weekend
are filled the following business day.
Please check your junk folder for emails from
us, quite commonly our emails get filtered by over zealous mail
filters.
Key-codes are emailed to the email address you
put in your order, if you are ordering this using someone else's account, then
you will need to have access to their email to obtain your key-code. From
time to time people will forget what email they used to place an order.
Please pay attention to this important detail when ordering and make any updates
necessary.
