Shipping Information
The following is a brief explanation of our shipping rates and methods. To
calculate exact shipping charges, you can add items to your cart and enter your
address information. No order information is transmitted to us until you hit
the submit button on the final checkout page.
- Commercial and Residential Super Saver Shipping - Starts at $5.95 for
the first item. We will choose the most cost effective, yet reliable, shipping
method. Please note that we may chose the Post Office or UPS for this method.
Average Transit Times are 4-10 Business Days*
- Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation - 2 to 5 Days on Average.
Good option for home or Rural Delivery, pricing starts at $5.25
- Ground Service with Tracking & Insurance - 2 to 5 Day Service
recommended for high dollar orders and Business Customers. We utilize UPS for
this option. They are quick and efficient. Rates start at $5.95.
- 3 Day Select - Guaranteed delivery in 3 business days (Monday-Friday)
after the order is placed by end of day. Cost Effective Option
for Home & Business Customers
- 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed delivery in 2 business day (Monday-Friday)
by the end of the day.
- Next Day - Guaranteed delivery next business day (Monday-Friday,
holiday's excluded) by end of the day.
Transit times DO NOT include Weekends or most major Holiday's.
* We never sacrifice reliability to save money.
Transit times are typically 4 to 10 Business Days. Super Saver Shipping method
does not qualify for any money back guarantees.
We don’t try and fool anyone with “free shipping” offers; where oftentimes
“free” means the handling charges have been built into the product price.
We don’t profit from shipping; we only cover our costs, which include the
labor, shipping supplies, and the computer systems needed to process your order
quickly and efficiently.
Please note: There is no difference in charges for residential
or commercial super saver shipping. We offer these two methods so that we can
determine which carrier is best suited for delivery. i.e. Residential
Deliveries typically get better service from the USPS, etc.
The majority of orders are shipped from our Colorado warehouse. We primarily
use UPS for orders shipped via Ground Service. If we have your order
drop-shipped from vendors, we may be at the mercy of using whatever shipping
company they utilize. All drop-ships are through reliable vendors that use major
carriers, such as Airborne, FedEx, or UPS. If chosen shipping option is not
available in cases of drop ships, we will select the appropriate shipper to
ensure reliable delivery and email you to let you know.
Canadian Orders
We gladly accept orders from our neighbors in Canada. If you are in another
country, we have very specific policies regarding international orders. Please

Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We will gladly ship to USPS PO Boxes. Please chose our Priority Mail method
for PO Box Delivery
We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses through the US Post Office. We will make
sure that all customs forms are filled out correctly. Please note that if your
credit card is billed to a different address, that we need that information in
order to process the order. Simply put your billing address in the correct spot
on our check out form and provide us with your shipping address in the
appropriate area. Military personnel are welcome to use our Residential Super
Saver shipping methods.
Delivery to Apartments and Condominiums
Due to a high amount of theft, we now require signatures for any packages
delivered to apartments and condominiums. If you are unable to receive the
package in person, the carrier will give you the option of waiving the signature
for delivery. If you wave the signature requirement, you assume responsibility
for the package if it is lost or stolen.
Shipping Cut-Off Times
Most orders will be shipped the same day if placed before Noon Mountain
Time / 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time usually ship the
next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: We only process orders during normal business hours. We
